Excellent service provided by a young lady named Raven. She and the manager made my long tiring evening perfect by fixing the... exact size salad I wanted. They went above & beyond. I was seated right away. I ordered only a water with the chicken tenders. It came with a salad and a side. I chose the sweet... potato. The salad came right away. It took a long time for the tenders and potato to come out. When they did get there the foodwas not very warm. I?m guessing it sat somewhere during that long wait. When the lady brought my food I asked for more honeymustard, then I asked my waitress too. After waiting 10 minutes or so and not getting more mustard I finally saw my waitressagain and told her I still had not received my extra mustard. I finally got it after this time. I?d ask for two right off thebat because they don?t give you much to start. I will say the tenders were season very well and seemed hand made. My meal was fine but my husband's, not so much. He ordered a hamburger, done. It was raw when he bit into it. After sending it... back, it was over cooked and had no bacon. The Manager at the time comped my husband's meal, thankfully. The waitress wasgenuinely sorry and tried to help the best she could so we tipped her very nicely for her efforts. After a good 5-10 minute wait to be greeted and put on the wait-list, there was then a twenty minute wait for a table. Not very... crowded after the lunch rush but still spacing out customers due to COVID-19. That's really the only precaution I seen beingutilized. From appearance they looked short staffed. Although wait staff was very friendly and very accommodating you couldstill tell they were exhausted. The brown bread was fresh out of the oven. Our drinks were refilled very quickly and never leftempty. My daughter ordered the breaded chicken breast strips and french fries and I ordered the New York Strip steak, bakedpotato and side salad. Excellent food and amazing service. Ate there twice in one week. Hamburgers were juicy and flavorful. The baked potatoes are... amazing and melting your mouth. The cheesecake and lava chocolate cake are delicious!! Please try them both you will not bedisappointed. Read more
