Let's face it BBQ is a lot of work it's all pricey these days. I believe eveytime I have been there we have had the same... gentleman take our order. He is knowledgeable about the menu and up to the minute on what is available and what quantities.Extremely professional and he has never failed to come out to check the status and conditions of the self serve and dining area.He always ask who is everything and if we need anything.
