This is one of my favorite places to get yogurt! The staff are always super friendly, and the store is very clean! They even... offer plastic gloves because of COVID-19. However, I do wish they would switch out the flavors more often, as it?s normally thesame thing with one or two new ones. The store is also quite warm, which makes it quite uncommon able to sit inside. As of now,they still don?t offer samples because of COVID. Read more

Zero stars - coming back from this place after terrible experience. I went to this location with my 9 year old son. My son is... picky eater only eats vanilla, so wanted to try to make sure there were no beans etc - LABELS were not easy to read/understand.We politely asked guy who was working there, he very coldly pointed toward all the machines and said thats Vanilla. My son gotvery little and wanted to try, I asked from spoon AND now every went wrong. The guy said NO spoons. I said I will buy but don'twant to waste too much so we took spoon size in cup and wanted to try or change before we buy. His response - "CAN'T you readsign there says NO SAMPLES. I told him I am NOT asking for sample. I will pay.... I paid $2.72 and he gave me one spoon. My sontried and liked it, I told him to go get more of what he liked. In meantime this guy continued to blabbered some lecture to meon "No sample etc". I asked him he was owner or manager, he said he was the manager, I asked for his card. Now a girl camefrom inside, asking what's the matter? Guy is like "he wanted sample and creating scene".... then this girl started blabbering(in low voice) on no sampling. I said I understand your policy and PAID for one cup to taste and now getting what I wanted...what's the matter. NOW the manager guy said - he didn't like my tone. Now I lost it, I said I didn't like his tone either...this is not customer service tone. Now my 9 year old is standing with his second cup, we paid $4.02 for second cup and gotsecond spoon. I had one already, so it dropped in exchange, I didn't pick up this spoon or let my son pick up either...telling him let them do their job. Now this guy went crazy... yelling leave the store, don't come back or I call police etc. Just picking up dropped spoon warranted called police??? Owners needs to look into it else this guy William O'Conner will takethis place down with his terrible customer service skills. RUINED my day... idiot. Read more

They were scolding my 3 year old to not touch the toppings and they were continously shaking their head while we were there, in... a way to embarrass us. I understand that it is not ok to touch and I was trying to stop that, but there is a way to explainthe same to 3 yr old kids that are still learning to go out. If you cannot deal with kids ( your ideal customers) don't run ayogurt/ ice cream shop. Never coming back. Read more

I come here at least once a week and am happy to report this is the best frozen yogurt in the area. I really appreciate that... they require all guests to wear gloves to grab the handles. Even better is that the toppings are always fresh andorganized 10/10 Read more
