We hardly go to This taco bell because they NEVER are able to get our order Right. We went there again through the... drive-through and ordered one BEEF 5 Layer Burrito 1 bean burrito and 2 regular tacos And they gave us. 2 Bean Burritos insteadbut charged us for a Beef burrito... Once again and probably for the last time for us they got our Order Wrong... We're SICK ofit & won't be back.. We were already home when we found out and we are really Angry so no more for us... The food was consistent. I am giving this Taco Bell 5 stars because the woman who was on the drive through speaker was amazing... and friendly and actually fun to talk to while I was ordering. I can't remember a time when I was talking to the speaker that Itruly enjoyed the experience but today when I ordered there was a fun and engaging personality on the other side and we got thefamily's food order in while having a very positive conversation. I have been visiting the taco bell for many years now and the quality of cashier / order takers has been going doin. Had 2... recent really bad interactions. In one of them been scolded for ordering a $1 item only. And in the other the cashier gotoffended for bringing back wrong order, Ain't my fault they made Crunchy tacos with Chicken when I asked for Crispy chickentacos. They make the food okay, but I still want to avoid going here as much as I can worrying about having a bad interaction. Read more
Almost every time I order here -online or otherwise- I receive the wrong items or my substitutions/exclusions are completely... ignored, and orders are messily put together with inconsistencies in the amount of each ingredient. I got some nachos today thatwere a downright joke with hardly any cheese on them, it's like I paid 5$ for a box of chips. I asked for no meat and was givenmeat, recently asked for black beans instead of meat and was given black beans AND meat. If I ask for no meat, don't give it tome! Some of the reviews here say they've gotten better, but I live 5 minutes away from this location and consistently haveissues with their service. Read more
I hadn't been to a Taco Bell for probably 15 years ago. I thought I would give it a whirl. First of all it's confusing as heck.... I had some difficulty understanding that when you saw something on the menu in order to make it decent you had to upgrade it byadding meat, of all things, even though it might say beefy chalupa. Third order within a month that was wrong. Trying to hurry once they deliver our food to the drive up window. Unfortunately,... moving forward, each time you order food, I'm highly recommending that you open your bag or bags and physically check eachitem. I've now had to return three times to exchange food for what we ordered. In the past, I've written great reviews aboutthis location and the staff being great workers. But for now, just have to ride out sub standard customer service. Hopefullythe owners will read this and ensure that the team is properly trained and are capable of communicating in English. The service is very fast and the end result isn't exactly high cuisine (I mean, it's a taco bell) but it tastes good.
