The place is located within the large shopping complex. The parking space is limited. But the surrounding places have ample... options. We went there for lunch. This place closes at around 3pm in afternoon. We ordered a Masala Dosa and Thali. Masala Dosahad a decent quantity/size. But Thali was a little let down. The gravy options were not that great. The owner of the restaurantwas polite and he very promptly/quickly refilled the chutney. Tomato chutney was tasty. Overall, I had a decent experience atthe place and would recommend to try it. Mainly due to the service and politeness of the staff. Read more

This place is a hidden gem in the tri-valley area. With no south indian food options around, this place is the best there is. I... am from Chennai and I know what idlies and dosas should taste like and this place nails it. Trust me when I say I 've eaten isso many other places and didn't like it. We ordered kaima idli, podi idly, sambar vada and variety of dosas and loved them all. This is my parents' fav place for south indian food. Rohini and Mani took care of us when we went there for my mom's 70thbirthday. The service was very personal and pleasant. Kudos to both of them. Rohini was kind enough to chip in a complimentary"dessert" when she learnt it was my mom's birthday. Read more

Horrible ambiance. There is no character in this restaurant at all. After 2019 it has gone to dogs. Me and my husband went there... today and ordered Masala Dosa and idli sambar. Every thing was so cold and did not taste fresh at all. The Dosa dough wassour. I was wondering why they even want to serve food when they don?t know how to really cook and if they cannot maintain thetemperature of the food. We were very disappointed with every thing at this restaurant. I do not recommend this restaurant toany one to be honest. These kind of restaurants are a waste of our time & energy. Read more

This place has had a history of great food, staff, and service over the past few decades. The recent changes to the management... at this location have left me in want of the great service this establishment prides itself on. The manager, in particular, comes across as rude, opinionated, and preferential in his treatment of clients; he even asked for our group to leave a 5 starreview after his snarky commentary to our group. The previous managers at this location were the definition of great customerservice, and will be sorely missed. Read more

I went to dine-in for weekend breakfast for the first time with great expectations, but the service let me down. They have a... shortage of staff which impacts your experience, still the charges remain the same! We noticed that people who ordered after uswere getting served, so upon enquiry, the front desk lady informed us that due to some issue in the kitchen due to which ourorder got pushed back. I don't buy it. We waited 1 hour to receive packed food. It's all self service which kills the dine inexperience. I have attached photos FYR. Had I known this, I could have avoided visiting until things are back to normal. Plus,it was extremely noisy because of some other customers. Coming to food - Rava Dosa, Masala Dosa, Idly and Medu Wada were verydelicious but the sambhar was not at all authentic. Who puts bell peppers in sambhar ? Coconut chutney was not garnished withcurry leaves, mustard seeds, etc. like you normally expect. It was just a plain paste with added salt. Filter coffee is like aregular sugar free coffee in paper cups where you add sugar as per taste. That's not the experience I was looking for. I wouldhave been to Starbucks instead. Also, the info about available menu that they provide on call could be different from what youactually get. Read more
