As far as the food goes, 5 stars. Always fresh and hot, and cooked well. The problem is the customer service. The last two times... I've gone they messed up my order. The first time I ordered an 8 piece nuggets meal and a spicy chicken sandwich. They tell meto pull to the front and wait. Guy comes out a few minutes later with the food. Ask if everything was in there and he said yes.Get home, no chicken sandwich. The second time I ordered again an 8 piece chicken nuggets meal and a spicy chicken sandwich.They remembered the chicken sandwich this time, but only gave me the chicken nuggets without my fries and drink. Luckily I haddouble checked this time, and asked for my missing items. I only go here because it's the closest Popeye's location to me. If Ihad any other choice I wouldn't even bother. Used drive-thru, haven't really had a good experience from this location in years. I just tried again after a year and nothing... has changed. The quality is lacking, the biscuits were not buttered and dry, the chicken looked like it was under a heat lampall day and they forgot the fact with the mashed potatoes, had to confirm my simple order multiple times, 8 piece family, dark,spicy, with mash and gravy. O well, I guess I'm done with this Popeyes. Read more
We ordered drive through 2 times in 3 weeks. Both time they made big mistake on our orders. When we ask for spicy, they give us... mild. When we ask for non-spicy, they gave us spicy. These guys need some serious training. Read more

By far one of the worst Popeyes I?ve visited. This location is generally busy, but with terrible service. My order has been... incorrect 50% of the time and it doesn?t seem like this location takes great pride in service. They don?t really listen towhat?s being asked for when you?re going to order, service feels rushed, they close early, and they seem to not care. If I wascorporate at Popeyes, I would really spend checking out how they do things and potentially send a secret shopper. Food is ok,standard Popeyes, service is not so hot. Read more
