Food good, the cleanliness of the restaurant was horrible. Food on the floor and tables, it didn't look like it had been cleaned... for weeks. The restrooms were even dirtier and no toilet paper or hand towels. It's a shame because my hometown Panera's isalways very clean (Turlock). Read more
Staff is very friendly and efficient. I eat at this location once a week. Always a good experience. If I have an issue which is... rare they have always taken care of me. Read more
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Ordered lunch 24 hrs in advance with 10 items for 11:30 - 11:45 delivery and it is now 1/2 hour... late and counting. Food still not here for a business lunch. Totally unexpectable had they never even had the decency to calland inform me of the delay. NEVER will order from Panera again! Read more
Went here to pickup an order. The order never came up. I inquired and the manager told me someone took the order already. I told... him that?s not possible I was sitting here the whole time. He wouldn?t listen. Fast forward 30 minutes yes 30 long minutes. Themanager realized his mistake and told me it would be 20 more minutes to get my order. Really no putting a rush on my orderbecause of your incompetence?? Never go to this location ever again! Terrible service and the manager wouldn?t listen justinsisted he was right. Not good business! I ordere the same thing from multiple different Panera's and get varying results. This time no croutons with the French onion... soup(a staple of the soup), that happens a lot. Also I requested utensils and did not get them. The soup is still pretty good,but consistency would be nice Read more
AMAZING service by the manager here! She is very hands on and does a delicate job on ensuring all orders are done. She checks up... on customers and provided extremely high class service. My all time favorite Panera bread now thanks to her. Read more
I like the food but the service at the Dublin location was horrible, the drive thru was not open at the time that it was... supposed to be open (this happened twice) and when I called them, the "manager" told me I should have gone inside instead! IfI'm going to the drive thru is because I don't want to go inside...hello! Well, I went back and went inside, only to get verybad service, the lady taking my order didn't even know the menu!and the "manager"? The seves was good but the quality of the food was bad. My son says that it was a good breackfast place but he is used to eating... all of those weird things with sugar in them. Read more
