They close there doors before 6pm. If I come at 5:50 service should still be open. Ridiculous and they say can?t make a smoothie... in 2 mins your doors shouldn?t be closed until exactly 6. I bet they don?t clock out at 5:50. Read more
I honestly would like to give less than four stars but I can?t because I believe they can do better as far as hospitality?... Please ladies do better we are already black and looked down upon and are knit picked at in work settings and stereotyped byhaving ?attitudes? don?t give them the satisfaction of being able to say that about this establishment (I am black andPortuguese I get it enough from both sides trust me take my advice with an open mind). Not a pleasant experience. We got our drinks (yesterday afternoon 2/21/22), but they weren?t in the traditional branded... transparent containers. They were in generic containers. It wasn?t like they were out because the customers before and after usgot normal containers. Our drinks weren?t blended properly either. Whole chunks of fruit were still visible when we open up thelids. I question about the staff since we?re an interracial couple coming into this particular establishment. I had placed an order online and the time was set for the wrong day due to my own mistake. The manger was extremely kind and... helped me resolve the issue in no time at all. The drinks are also fantastic (though perhaps less healthy than the marketingwould have you believe). The other staff was friendly, fast-working, and got everything correct. And the store was clean and hada nice atmosphere. It's a great place to go and especially nice as a place to meet friends before/after a movie at RegalHacienda! Read more
