Update2 ( 10/05/2022) . These guys are very shady, they have started charging for condiments now. Made a purchase today and... checked my receipt and $.50 extra for second ranch, when I asked the drive through person she said that is what they do andslammed the drive through door... went inside to speak with the manager. He said he has posted a sign inside. How can drivethrough folks read a sign posted inside? Least they should have informed me when billing. This is not the norm across otherjoints.. Had the same issue few months back and head office assured me it wont happen. This franchise is bad for Jack in thebox reputation. Update. Customer service reached out to me to address my grievance. Appreciate that they do care about theircustomer needs and fixed it. This place is not very crowded and serves fast. I have seen the burger taste vary from time totime.. may be they dont change the oil frequently... Off late they put restriction on condiments even in drive through that isone ranch per order and you will need pay for extra. Read more
Consistently fast whether we come for lunch or dinner. Burgers are always fresh. Best Jack-in-the-Box I?ve been to in years.

Quick and easy breakfast since I was out of coffee. Decided to roll with the special cheddar chicken biscuit sandwich. Biscuits... were much softer than the original, chicken was crispy and moist. Review below was written 2 months ago. Tried again today and just like in the past: hours posted are not right. They are NOT... open 24 hours. At some point in the night, they turn into "only door dash." Then they close. Then they reopen in themorning. Describing themselves as 24 hour is a misnomer. Also not entirely open during the day. And I don't like beingcontacted by their management and being lied to. 1 star remains. Drive through service at night is non-existent and when theyengage you, their explanations are unhelpful or poor. Dine in, is haphazard and hours are not communicated accurately.
