I have eaten numerous times at IHOP and have always found their food pretty good, but yesterday was a big disappointment....... They changed their Tilapia dish and it looked very dry and extremely unappetizing. As soon as I saw the dish and before ourserver out it in the table, I asked if I could exchange it with the 2-egg breakfast instead. He gladly agreed. Take out was not very good. Berger was dripping with grease and pink in the middle, i do like this (when i ask for it tho) and... two items were missing. Not horrible but won't go back. Read more
Very nice, delicious brunch. The pancakes were so super soft especially with the blueberries on the top!!!
Gone are the nice selection of syrups. Now just left with old fashioned. Service at this place is mediocre.
I come here for breakfast while I get my oil changed at the car dealer. The breakfast and service is decent. Coffee seems to be... getting more and more expensive. It's 1/3 that of your meal. Oh well. Read more
This IHOP is so good, I would definitely come back. Let?s start off with the service because my server was perfect. Her name... was Kermera G and her attitude was very welcoming. Ordering food was very easy and if you needed to order more food, she wouldbe delighted to help you. Next, the food, it was pretty good. The pancakes had this layer of crunch and the insides were verysoft. The bacon was crunchy and so were the hash browns too. The eggs were perfectly made and the people made sure the order wasmade to your liking. Something?s that is also good to mention is that the tables and seats were quite clean. We've been to many ihops, but not this one. The employees were really nice, my son spilled some of his chocolate milk and... someone came to clean it immediately. Our order came out in a decent amount of time so we weren't waiting super long. I orderedthe ultimate bacon pancake combo, as did my husband. Bacon was crispy (as it should be) everything tasted good. I didn't carefor the bacon pancakes which was disappointing to myself since I love bacon but the texture bothered me. That's more of a mething than a fault to them though. The waitress kept coming to our table to refill drinks without us asking. All around anamazing experience with good food. Read more
Service was terrible. I try to be a patient and understanding customer, however, my friend and I got there before a bit of a... rush, and still waited for everything. People who arrived a while after us, ate their meals and left before I had everythingeven on the table. Anything I asked for was treated as if I was making wild requests. Even paying the bill turned into a longdrawn out drama. The staff were not new people. You could see they have worked there a while, but splitting a check, down themiddle, was treated as if I asked for a mortgage. That's not something we normally do, they said.
