Took my lil ones here to share a small. I asked for another lil cup and the guy said they don't give away cups. I said I'd pay... for it and he said it's very expensive I'd have to buy another small ice cream lol smh. Had to request napkins and luckily thosewere free. Never again here. Read more

Very disappointed by Dublin Coldstone. Terrible customer service. Messed up my order and were incredibly rude when asked to fix... it. The ice cream received was half empty. See the top two compared to the bottom. Having come to Coldstone often in the past Iwill never be returning. Read more
The Ice cream here wasn't bad to me it's the service and attitudes these younger kids carry here at this location. I ordered the... birthday cake ice cream, everything was fine about it but the fact that it was only one person working inside of the store whiletwo groups of people were waiting patiently ahead on me and It took 20 minutes to finally order and was frustrating. Then shenicely told us I will be right with you soon. I really love Cold stone ice cream but they have to do much better on theircustomer service. Purchased Carmel apples from this location and they were rotten and moldy inside. The sticks were black and smelled horrible.... Thank God I cut the apples before feeding it to my kids. They should be ashamed of themselves selling old rotten apples to theircustomers and hiding it with the Carmel and toppings. Pics below! Beware!!! Read more
