Yum! my kids love this place, it is a treat to go here. You can find coupons or gift cards to save money. I also like to buy the... ice cream cakes bring them home scrape off the frosting and make them our own to make them a little bit fancier. Read more
Took my lil ones here to share a small. I asked for another lil cup and the guy said they don't give away cups. I said I'd pay... for it and he said it's very expensive I'd have to buy another small ice cream lol smh. Had to request napkins and luckily thosewere free. Never again here. Read more
Worst behavior by the owner and staffs!!! They can't even offer a bag for my Togo icecream. Too stingy! They are very keen in... getting extra money for extra topping but the medium size is supposed to hold full box but they gave 3/4 the box!!! Worst don'tgo here... Read more
Very disappointed by Dublin Coldstone. Terrible customer service. Messed up my order and were incredibly rude when asked to fix... it. The ice cream received was half empty. See the top two compared to the bottom. Having come to Coldstone often in the past Iwill never be returning. Read more
