Service was fantastic and the staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly. Fantastic ambience for a sports bar. The sauce... however is very salty and probably needs a little bit more complexity and depth aside from the level of spice. Chicken couldbe juicier but with the sauce, everything will be overpowered with salt anyway. Read more

The best racism experience^^ I placed an order for take-out at 7:40 in time for dinner on the trip, and the server said it would... take 20-30 minutes, and I happily waited, but did not bring it until 50 minutes. I politely asked how much longer it would take,but the employee standing at the counter told me not to say it was break time, and another employee said it would take another 5minutes and did not bring it even after 5 minutes; Finally, after an hour, I stood at the counter, and the waitress who took myorder, looked rotten and pulled out a bag of food. When I was looking at the kitchen, I saw she brought already made food in thecabinet. All the staff in the store gave us a disrespectful look and ignored our words. Do not pick up phone to order ahead. Ordered 20 traditional 20 boneless wings with sauce on the side, but no sauce in my takeout... order. Doesn't look like anyone even reviewed the order (see photo). Wing are extra dry without sauce... Edit: reply toresponse from owner. I went to that site and filled out a complaint. Surprisingly, I got a quick response. However, despite apromise of a full refund, I still have yet to receive it. On 10/31, I was told "Great, thanks! We will process refund, you willreceive in 7-10 business days." After two weeks, I asked for an update and a firm date when to expect the promised refund. Igot an apology and a credit for the delay, but have not received a reply since Nov. 15. Is this how BWW restaurants "make itright?" Read more
I placed the order online at 11 to be ready and for pick up at 11:30pm. My husband got off work at 11:30 and when he got there.... The order was not ready he had to wait another 30 mins till he got our food. All they could say was they didn?t know whathappened and this is the second time it?s happened. We order lemon pepper, Parmesan, Asian zing and buffalo hot sauce. The lemonpepper didn?t have any seasoning and tasted just like a regular chicken strip. A lot of the beers weren't available. Literally half the menu. Crazy. There's even better listed on the menu that they no longer... carry, ever. Food is still solid, not spectacular. The environment was surprisingly sedate for a Monday Night Football gamenight. Read more
