Im giving this place a 1 star due to its BAD customer service. Me and my partner decided to go have lunch here and have some... beers and we decided to go to the bar area. Literally it took 30 min to attend us but the table behind us got there at the sametime we got there and they were served drinks and got their food first. FINALLY the waiter got to us, not once did he say sorryfor the wait. I understand it gets busy but not once say sorry or anything for the long wait. Then it took 20 more min to getour food and when we finally got it we asked for ketchup and this lady just slammed the ketchup on the table and left!!! Likethis has to be the worst service i have experienced. If you want to go grab something to eat they’re many more better optionsthan this place. Read more

Very disappointing experience during my lunch break. I ordered online for curbside pickup. I arrived within minutes of the time... the order was to be ready. I sent my electronic notification. Waited 10 minutes, then went inside only to find a line of peoplewith no one to assist them. My food was colder than room temperature. I requested a refund. They would not provide proof of theelectronic refund. I was offered the cold food, but if I wanted that I wouldn’t have sent it back. Read more

The bartender was rude af, but I’ve been a bartender for 7 years, and I get that it’s... 10:30 and your about to close, but this white girl showed zero customer service when I was at the bar. Great friendly service at the Dublin location. Had the Mediterranean salad off the $12.00 lunch menu and it was excellent.
(BAD MANAGEMENT/FOOD CONSISTENCY) This southern comfort sandwich and fries are $16. Most of the time I receive a small chicken... piece in between 2 big buns. The sandwich is small, the size of any other fast food restaurant. If you’re charging a premiumfor a premium sandwich, I definitely would expect more and sometimes I have, but it’s very rare. I definitely do not feelcomfortable paying $16 for this sandwich. I probably won’t be ordering from this restaurant anymore after this because it’sridiculous how many times I have to get on Doordash support chat to help me with this specific restaurant. Read more
I agree horrible management is correct! I dined in on 8/22/2022 and the manager Dustin argued with me over the horrible food and... service I received. From the moment we set down the waiter couldn’t get the order right. I ordered double bone in pork chopand two bread bowl soups. The soups were watery and had no flavor. I cut the pork chop open and blood was gushing out! It was sonasty looking I almost threw up on it. I told my server I was up happy and she sent the manager over. He came over and askedwhat could he do and I hold him the horrible experience I was having he said okay and walked away and never came back. Then Iasked for the bill so I could leave and I saw I was charged for all the horrific items so I asked for the manager, what did I dothat for. I received a rude awakening!
