-Spicy Tonkotsu (free- soup base) -Prime Short Rib (large 10 oz. -- $33) -Fish Balls w/Roe ($6) -Udon ($3) -Satay Sauce... ($2) Complimentary: veggie medley bowl per person, rice, ponzu sauce, sesame seeds, sesame sauce, fresh ground, freshchilis this spot was so cool bc of the variety on soup bases and a part that really striked my interest was how we were able togrind the sesame seeds up into powder for our sauce i tried spicy tonkotsu and i appreciate how it wasn't overly spicy andslightly creamy which paired well with the beef and eventually towards the end with my udon. something that may and i were a bitdisappointed on were the fish ball w/roe bc normally the roe melts and intermixes with the fish ball but here its a littlechunky to taste and not necessarily our favs and there's not a lot of sauce choices. we ended up ordering a side of their sataysauce which was enhance the flavors of everything! would recommend yall to check this place out tip: for my sauce i mixed freshgarlic, satay sauce, some fresh chilis, ponzu sauce, and lastly i poured a spoonful of my soup and it was fireeeee lots ofparking available, staff was nice and friendly, great for small-large parties, kids and family friendly! Great place for Shabu Shabu, nice small humble little place, food was good but a bit pricey. 3 protein dish and 1 beer came up... to almost a hundred bucks. It's probably meant for a party group but definitely a must try. Read more

This is Korean take on the shabu shabu dish I know from Japan. The main difference is the broth that you cook vegetables and the... meat. For the lunch for two, you get 2 meat selections and unlimited vegetables. It's really plenty to satisfy most people. Wechose spicy tonkatsu broth, which was delicious but a little too spicy for me. You can choose among 5-6 different broths (somespicy). You can't choose a traditional Japanese broth however. Really liked the place and the service. Read more

Ate here last night and really enjoyed it. Outdoor dining is allowed at the moment so we ate outside. They have heat lamp above... so it was comfortable. They didn't have an all-you-can-eat option which is common for Shabu/Hot Pot. You can pick your brothand meat and can have all-you-can-eat for vegetables, ramen, and/or udon. I had sukiyaki broth and the pork belly meat. Thebroth and meat were great, I enjoyed both. My wife had a sesame broth and beef meat, both she enjoyed but the sesame broth hastoo strong a flavor for me, hides the flavor of the meat in my opinion. The vegetable were as I expected, cabbage, enoki, tofu, etc freshly cut. They give the option of ramen or udon noodles with the meal. My wife had ramen and enjoyed it, they are made inhouse. I picked the udon and was extremely happy with the quality. I asked where they get their udon noodles from and they sayit's imported from Japan. I tell you, it's really good noodles here. I did a separate order of just the udon noodles so I couldhave them for lunch the next day. While we were there the staff was very good. They checked in with us often, brought drinks, answered all my questions, etc. The price was as expected, not too cheap and not too expensive for what you get. The portionswere good. Overall, my wife and I had a great time eating here. I don't often visit Dublin but 110 Shabu Shabu is on my list ofplaces to come back to as soon as I can. I fully recommend them if you enjoy Japanese style hot-pot. Read more

This place replaces Halu Shabu Shabu and brings a completely redone interior and menu. Gone are the all-you-can-eat options;... the menu now includes only set combo plates and à la carte options. We ordered the meat combo with the Szechuan Chili andChicken Broth soup options.Meat portions are a bit small, but the meat is of very high quality (including rib eye and Ibericopork). Conversely, the vegetable portion was quite generous. The Szechuan soup was nice and spicy with good málà numbingflavor. All sauces are house made. The owner let us try out a still in development chili oil which had good flavor. Thesesame sauce was also quite good. Overall a good start for a new place! Read more
