Stopped while travelling cross country to get a beverage and a snack. I was the third person in line. The barista had no control... about the woman ordering drinks for all her colleagues while we all stood waiting. When I did get to the counter the youngfellow was nice enough while telling me they didn?t have two of the ingredients for my beverage (also out of Chai btw). I hadalready been in line for about 11 minutes. I allowed substitutes (shouldn?t have) that?s on me. However in addition to the 11minutes already wasted I stood and watched the two people behind the counter carry on with zero sense of urgency as the line gotlonger. Standing right at the counter I quietly suggested ?you might want to step it up a notch? (it was about 18 minutes now).At that point one of the baristas raised his voice and said the barista was training and he was the only seasoned one behind thebar?.. that?s fine and I get it and here?s a couple of suggestions. Take 1 minute and set out a sign stating what you?re out ofand when people arrive they can make a choice whether they want to wait or not. Greet your customers as soon as they arrive andlet them now you?re training new staff and you appreciate their patience. Probably one of the worst Starbucks I've spent money at. Very inconsistent with how they make drinks. Had a few good at making... drinks. For the price it's not that good. Read more
The location is not bad as it is in the Safeway in the middle of Dryden, right near the arena. However it is not like a normal... Starbucks as it is really more of a kiosk. You can get most of the normal drinks that you can get at any Starbucks, but thefood selection is very limited. But really who goes to Starbucks for the food. Staff are good and you can get all yourfavorite drinks so it is not to bad. Read more
When the Clive made my drink it was wrong he then argued with me and then charged me for another drink to make it right.
I love Starbucks.? The Baristas are always welcoming and accommodating plus if you can't see the menu like me you can download... their app to get more selections on what you might like. Read more
I got there and ordered a White Chocolate Peppermint Mocha, one of their holiday drinks, where you get stickers for a free... drink. I asked for the sticker and he refused to give me one, I told him what drink it was AGAIN he still refused. He made mademy drink and I looked what drink it was, "White Chocolate Mocha" he still got the drink wrong after being corrected.
