A for the girl supervisor today we placed order through mobile app but due to heavy rain I ended going through drive way to... pickup. Which Jam packed Took about 30 minutes to the window. Finding that the boy told me not finding my order. So whathappened the order was prepared very moment I ordered but due to long line in drive through it was deemed to unclaimed order. So at the end the girl explained what happened and give us fresh burgers instead of the cold ones Could be better if ketchupwas included and a better smile ! Read more
Drinks made as soon as we swiped our card?.however, they forgot about the rest of 287 order for today 26 of July 2022. Staff had... to keep asking who got the order. Here is a clue, no bag started get working! At 555 pm after many others received their food asthey ordered after us we got one apology. Why do we pay ahead? No turning back, no refund. Super fast , fresh and as good as McDonald's is going to get food wise. Parking lot sucks as it's long and skinny one entrance... and an exit in back onto a residential street, or exit drive through. Can't park rig n trailer on main drag as no parking onshoulder if there was a shoulder. And road in back is dead end and no tear drop ti turn around in. And no self serve orderingmachines in restaurant. Very small inside. Read more
Got breakfast for my family was about a $50 online curbside order I guess that was too much food for them and someone didn?t... like that as the receipt was stuffed into one of the iced coffees. When we went to complain the cashier just said with a hugesmile on his face ?sorry we where busy? having worked at a coffee shop for 4 years previously I know that that?s impossible asthe coffees are made in one place and the receipts printed at the window.
