Stopped during a road trip for munchies and bathroom breaks. People were being quickly moved through the drive thru and... employees were clearly seen moving around inside. Despite the fact that the hours posted said the restaurant was open, since itwas after noon, both doors were locked. Nothing was posted on the door to say they were closed, just locked doors. Makes senseas to why the McDonald's next door was so busy. Read more
Fresh never frozen burgers I don't know about that. The burger tasted like yesterday's reheated and warmth wise was only a step... above frozen. The fries were really good though. It was awesome to get to visit the first ever Wendy's with a slip in slide. Forreal though the floors were slick as snot to the point of being rediculous. Read more
I used to be a big fan of Wendy's but not anymore. They can never get your order right. It's either cooked too long or not... cooked long enough and never put together the way you asked especially when you ask for no tomato! Read more
Pull up and every single employee is outside smoking. And we got her after three. They had no chili. Said it isn't made yet.... Maybe instead of sitting out side chain smoking you can do your job since you get paid by the hour. Were super rude when ourorder was wrong. And for 4 meals we got 2 napkins. Fried were so old, had to of sat in the warmer for a long while. Not worththe money Would not recommend this location for nothing. And the app never works anymore. Read more

I was seriously charged $10.58 for this at Dry Ridge location! At the Newport location I get two of these sandwiches, with more... veggies, plus two baked potatoes all for a little over $8! This is seriously absurd.. Will definitely not ever go back to thislocation. Read more
The food was spot on! Ordered in drive-thru. It was very slow, even though there weren't many cars. However, it was definitely... worth the wait because the food was fresh and staff was very friendly. Outside was clean. Will go back. Read more
