I cannot stop thinking about Kellie?s God blessed catering abilities. I have received several compliments ?out of the blue? from... wedding guests about the quality of the food, the unique and original creation of the recipes, the delicious flavor, and theindustriousness and attentive thoroughness of the service. Kelly and her assistants demonstrated great professionalism. Theyeven went out of their way to provide additional services like clearing plates which increased the formality in an expected way.Never once did I have to ask for a thing. Kelly?s catering business is a true demonstration of Christian service andaccountability. My daughter?s wedding would surely have suffered without the choice of Kellie?s Homestead restaurant. My friends and I were visiting Kentucky for a weekend and we decided to stop by this place for lunch. It was a nice place which... had a nice open space and a bakery shop at the corner. Really clean space with a lot of natural light coming in. They had theseold time pianos which were really cool. The food was good too. Had the cherry bourbon barbecue burger and a sweet ice tea.Service was a bit long for our group but still not too bad. Customer service was pretty good. Give this a try if you're visitingby Kentucky. Such a different experience in dry ridge! So many options on the menu, it was hard to choose! We got stuffed mushrooms, Caesar... salad, country fried chicken w/mashed potatoes and catfish w/hush puppies, fried okra and Mac n cheese. It was all pretty good.Mac n cheese was a little dry. But I loved the Caesar salad! Also love the candy shop located inside; the treats are so good, especially the cashew brittle! The store you enter into was cute and we shopped in there while we waited to be seated...such funlittle treasures! Will be back for sure! Read more

Good home cooking! Nice vegetable choices. Great dinner option when visiting the Ark Encounter. Fun shopping while waiting. Be... aware this is a busy place and be prepared to wait during the season. Simple menu but a good variety. I tried the liver andonions, and it was tender and well seasoned. 9 people in our party and everyone had an excellent meal. Read more
