Aweful treatment by the manager and his employees. I'm trying to reach the general manager/ owner but the store is refusing to... assist me. Still have my pizzas that were made wrong, ready to return. I've been a regular customer for a VERY long time now.Shocked that they would want to lose a customer over $9.00. Don't order from here very often since i don't live close enough to dry ridge but today i ordered from here and used the... website. Ordered a thin crust pizza and lots of other food items totaling out to 57 dollars. When the pizza arrived it wasn'tthin crust it was hand tossed. Called the store to try and get a replacement and was told their drivers were too busy and I'dhave to come out and replace the pizza myself. When i told the man i had a ton of other food that i didn't want getting cold andasked if i could get a credit he refused and said that the manager couldn't do that unless i brought the pizza in. What a wasteof time and money. Where i work if something goes wrong with our mobile orders we replace it immediately or write down the orderso they can come in and get it replaced whenever is convenient for them no questions asked. I would totally leave a zero star if I could. Last week I ordered a pizza had it delivered and have the toppings was stuck to... the top of the box. Mind u I had buffalo drizzle on top of that pizza like every other pizza place does. I called and got mycredit today mind u had to spend $20 to get a free pizza delivered to me and low and behold I get the same pizza and there's nobuffalo drizzle on the top of this pizza. I call and they say that the buffalo sauce is cooked in the crust of this pizza thatsometimes they do it that way and sometimes they put it on top. Like there's one certain way that a pizza is supposed to be madenot just how you feel like doing it on certain days. This store needs better management. Call and ask to speak to a manager andget put on hold them the same person comes back to the phone and says she is a manager. Anyone reading this if you want yourpizza made right do not go to this dominoes. Read more
