What a precious gem! We were driving from Montreal to Quebec and needed to stop for lunch. This place was an unexpected... surprise! We had the risotto and a pasta with olives, feta and shrimps (don't remember the name of the dish) and both weredelicious. They were offering a more reduced menu at the time, but the waiter and chef were kind enough to make a bolognesepasta for my children, even though it was not on the menu, and it was exquisite! What a wonderful surprise! Capiche exceeded our expectations on all counts. Travelling through QC to NB we stopped for the night... outside Drummondville and found Capiche for supper. Despite not having reservations and the restaurant being busy we were seatedimmediately at the bar and given 5 star service. The staff paid complete attention to all customers and the preparation ofcocktails and appetizers was excellent. Our meal was superb. I’ve had many risottos but theirs is the best. My husband’sbolognaise with fresh made pasta was also a hit. The kitchen is open so we were able to watch the pasta being made from scratch.What a delight! Drummond has really grown when it comes to food and Capiche is a great example of this. I had the goat cheese croquet which was... so good with the honey and pear. For my main i had the veggie risotto with asparagus. Again excellent. Service was top notch,very attentive, helpful, and explained every item on the plate. Excellent food, Great staff, and don’t skip dessert
Excellent food and service. The schnitzel parmigiana is amazing!!!! The menu might begin French, but the waitstaff dis did... everything they could to help us English speakers out. Highly highly recommended, I will likely be going back again during theshort time I'm staying here. Don't forget the decadent dessert!! Read more

Lovely and special place. There are a few standouts: I'll start with the service - super attentive, reassuring, checking in on a... gentle manner and making you feel looked after vs general robotic service you'd have at a regular restaurant. The food, thereason you're here, is also above standard - nice portion, tasty and special. There are good fish and seafood options includedin the menu. The menu is about a dozen or do appetizers and similar number of entrees, there is a selection of beers and housecocktails however the star are a few pages of wines to choose from. The decor is sophisticated and cool. The parking lot acrossthe street is free in the evenings. There are a couple of steps to get into the restaurant. I would not bring young kids here,though.
