We were in Drumheller today and went to this location, its quite busy but staff was quick and handled well. I have been to... numerous subway locations but I liked the way Navi, the associate there helped us and processed our order.. He s reallyprofessional and expert.. Excellent Customer Service.. I wish I could give zero star for this location because of terrible service & worst food handling practice. I have ordered veg... sandwiches & they didn?t even bother their self to change their gloves after making another sandwich. When I asked to put coupleof sauce I have been told that they can put only 3. Did not even say additional cost. I asked to put sauce in zigzag mannerstill they dropped straight. Rather than making sure customer service & satisfaction they were more interested in talking withtheir co workers. Read more

Was a fairly busy location but staff was quick and efficient. Bathrooms were clean and its a very nice newer location. Dining... area was clean even in a lunch rush. Read more

Tried to use the app. App for online ordering rarely works. Then trying to contact online customer service impossible and... frustrating. Had trouble with order. Staff showed and they had me delete the app and retry three more times. Still wouldn?twork. Then female running till rudely says no we won?t honor deal and refused to assist me. Will not eat here again. Due tocomplete ignorance and poor attitude! Read more

Such a dirty work, prep area! I ordered 2 veggie subs and had to ask 3 times to change their gloves. The old lady working there... sneezed without covering her mouth and was not going to change her gloves until I looked at her and , however did not WASH herhands. Absolutely disgusting and dirty. Very bad experience on July 1st, 2022 at 1:40 pm (customer receipt number- 899083778RT001).We came as a family to order foot... longs. As we were not understanding the English accent of your staff ? Memneet? . I think that is her name who was of an Indianorigin and wearing a gold chain and Punjabi kada. Instead of explaining to us in a good manner we were humiliated in front ofall of the customers. The girl and another staff of Fillipino origin started passing comment on us and laughed. We some howmanaged to order something out of humiliation. When I asked the name of the girl who took our order another staff membermockingly said Memneet is the owner of the subway.! Such a rude customer service as if the customers are nothing to them. Thisis not the way you should do customer service. Understand that they were very busy but that doesn?t mean you can behave in suchinappropriate manner. Very very disappointed. Read more
