Came here on a Friday at 12:30, drive through was very lined up so I went inside. Only 1/4 kiosks were working, and it seemed... understaffed. There was a manager who was taking care of the front counter, but also busy doing other tasks. Food was ok- burgerfresh and correct to my customization, fries were hot but not golden and crispy. All of the Kiosks are Down? Mobile Order does work though. Random Cleaning Supplies and Mop in the dining area. The Water Tap... in the Man's Washroom is literally trickling? Can't imagine the staff washing their hands too thoroughly? Food is standardMcDonald's. Read more
All self-ordering kiosks don?t work at this location while we?re visiting. As a result, the ordering process is extremely slow,... and McDonald's own coupon codes aren?t honored by the cashier. Never seen this type of issue at any McDonald's franchises inCalgary. Read more

I am commenting tonight because this was our third time here in the last 6 weeks. It was awful all 3 times. The fries were... undercooked because they thought it wise to fill the basket to the top. They did the same to the nuggets. Last time, there wasbarely any sauce on the burgers, they were so dry. So this time we asked for extra sauce. Do not ask for extra sauce, they willattempt to teach you a lesson by putting on a cup of sauce so it becomes inedible. We received 11 packets of ketchup and 1napkin. I am not sure what is happening here but we won't be back for a very long time. You guys used to be good. Do better! Read more
Amazing customer service! The staff taking drive thru orders was polite, and even pronounced my name correctly so bonus to him... haha! The girl at the first window was so polite! The second girl at the pick up window was equally as nice as the first twostaff! Handed me my drinks with a smile, a thank you and a have a great day! Read more

Decent pit stop in Drumheller, on the way to the Royal Tyrrell Museum. Staff was friendly, and food was out in under 10 minutes... despite being fairly busy. The bathrooms were a little small but clean, and would probably have trouble supporting peak hourtraffic. There was a screen that showed what order number was in progress and what was served, which I thought was great. Read more
