I come here often, the girl at the register was just standing there and she left to the back when we went in. She then was... waiting for us to be done, i asked her if there was anymore strawberrys and she said ?no? in a really rude tone, even tho theyalways have fruits! I always appreciate tcby's eight or more frozen yogurt flavors it doesn't feel overwhelming and there's so many fun options and... there's always chocolate and vanilla there are loads of fun toppings I love the popping boba and gummy worms I came pretty closeto closing time but the employee still had a smile on their face and were very nice their ice cream is also really good ???? I have been a loyal TCBY customer for years, frequenting both the circle c and dripping springs locations. However, tonight at... the dripping springs location I had the rudest customer service I have ever had at a TCBY, from waiting for over 10 minutes tobe helped while one employee was checking her cell phone to another tersely holding up a hand to tell my husband to 'wait amoment' while she continued a conversation with the other employee, to being greeted with attitude when we asked for scoops fromthe case. If I was the manager I would be appalled. I won't be back to this location. Read more
It was nice. The staff are nice. The frozen yogurt selections were good and I like that we are allowed to try samples to be sure... we selected out best flavor. Plus there are so many toppings to choose from Read more
Will definitely go back! The young lady that helped us check out was really nice. The pistachio was a disappointment, not at all... what it used to be. The birthday cake one was really good and the strawberry kiwi was pretty good too, just a bit on the sweetside. Will stop in again and try some other flavors. Read more
It's okay. They need to do a bit more I feel for the location as far as seating but overall it's good. A loyalty program would... be nice. DS also has another frozen yogurt shop which is a bit nicer I feel. Read more
A little expensive, but a great place to stop in with the kids once in awhile when they deserve a treat
