So I went in around 9:10pm on Tuesday April 19th. No one was around. Buddy (I don’t know his name) came out yelled, “John,... you got a customer” was asked “did you come in the back door?” Like how else am I going to get in? Further more my foodwas overcooked, and when was being given a straw, it dropped and I said “I don’t need straw” was replied with “that’sgood, it’s on the floor now..” I don’t like giving bad reviews, but if you enjoy shi*y customer service don’t go to A &W Drayton Valley. Always open when I get off work, and always open when I am on my way. Despite Covid, limited staff, this store never fails to... make sure your order is correct and available. When it comes to A&Ws this one is a fiver. Read more
I thought A&W reached the bottom of the barrel when they tried passing off grass fed beef as good beef but now I see they have... beyond meat nuggets. Apparently the barrel is deeper. Every time A&W tries something new the prices shoot up. Not for me thankyou Read more
Went there craving a delicious mama burger - asked for extra onion because I don’t like having good breath. Got the burger -... no extra onion. Just the regular one slice. Figured maybe it was a mistake - but there was a printed request attached to theburger for extra onion. Went inside and stated my concern - they told me there was extra onion already. I opened the burger upright in front of them and showed them one slice of onion - they said that’s extra. I guess this location just does itdifferently than every other A&W I’ve ever been to... disappointed. Read more

Coffee is terrible, bacon & Eggers are lousy, only good thing is teen. Burger & onion rings.
