I have now had 2 bad experiences at this location. I placed my order for a kids meal and requested a large sweet tea, I have... ordered this at other locations and have not had a issue. So Michael tells me he can't do that, so I tell him I would justpurchase the large sweet tea separately. I get to the window to pay and he is arguing with manager who has told him that hecould have upcharged for the tea. The next day I attempted several times to contact them about the visit, the number doesn'twork, I was given another number to call where a lady took down my number to have the manager call......I have not beard back.So last night I was running late so against my better judgment I stopped to there to grab something on my way to work, why did Ihave the same issue with getting a large sweet tea with my kids meal. I always try to give fast food the benefit of the doubt. This morning go thru the drive thru order the bacon egg & cheese meal... with a pop and extra hash brown. Their pop machine was down, no worries she says what else they have, so get an orange juice,still get up-charged for that, fine. I pay, she asked if I wanted receipt, I said no thanks, my bad, next time I will. I get upto the pick up window she hands me everything look in bag and no extra hash brown I flag her down, and she says do you have yourreceipt, I said no I said I didn?t need. She is talking to the girl who takes the orders must have pulled it up and said noextra hash brown was on it, so a miscommunication happened completely understand, the way it was handled was so unprofessionaland she was so unfriendly. She said I can come inside and order one or go back to drive thru. You couldn?t just hand me theextra hash brown, fine, but you could of offered to take the payment at the window, wow!!!! It?s still your job and a mistakehappened I was very nice about it until I was told that. At this point do your job right it was not my mistake she didn?t hearme say an extra hash brown and that could of been handled differently and professionally. The lady who took my order was great! But when I got home I found a hair in my breakfast sandwich and trying to call to get that... corrected is impossible. No one answers. It would be five stars if it was easy to get issues taken care of. Read more
I got a artistic, and her brother watches out after her. Anyways replace the order and we got home and had half the meal that's... $10 worth of stuff instead of the $22 worth of stuff. I'm so proud that the artistic girl shared her meal with the others. Theguy at the register did a very good job. The crowd out front seemed more in about entertaining themselves to actually looking atorders. When I seen that I should have knew I should have checked my order before leaving. I visited later at night probably close to to closing time, it appeared that they were running less than a skeleton crew, but... the way they handled l of the vehicles was efficient. Tool a little time before being able to place an order, bit once it eatplaced payment and receiving the food and beverages was very quick and the food was the hottest freshest food I've ever had atany McDonald's so worth the wait. This McDonald's does not make mobile orders. Will let you place the order and take your money. But when you get there they tell... you "we don't mobile orders". Even though i was at the correct address and there's a sign on their door that says they takemobile orders.
