Got a mcgriddle meal with orange juice. To start the whole experience i waited in line with one care in front of me for 16... minutes before someone got on the pa and said it would be a little longer. The lady taking orders seemed short and rude. As forthe food, the orange juice was watered down a lot, almost like orange flavored water, the mcgriddle was inedible, i took onebite and spat it out. The only thing i could eat was the hashbrown. Idk whats going on there but something has got to change. Read more

I would like to know why these employees think they deserve 16 dollars an hour. They can't tell the difference between cheese... and a tomato. I ask for a tomato to be added to my Mc chickens and they add cheese. I don't know why I chose to go here... Iknow better. Will not be going back. Read more
Scott and Mary are a joke! I sat in drive-thru and watched 4 cars pull up to the other lane and place orders before anyone even... came to take my order. When someone did come to take my order I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was. Mary didn?town up to it and then from me when I asked to see her at the window and sent some other male manager. I told him to go get Maryand she finally came to the window only to tell me that there was nothing she could do then she walked away from me and gotScott. Scott proceeded to complain that I was holding up the line and refused to do anything to fix the problem. What terribleservice. I will never go back to this location again. I know McDonalds isn?t exactly known for great service but this wasabsolutely trash. Mary clearly doesn?t know how to do her job and Scott is too much of a wuss to do anything about it. Read more
They leave their lights on at night but say they're closed at the drive thru during business hours. You can see employees... standing around through the drive thru window. An hour later they decided they wanted to be open again. So is the manager awaretheir employees pretend to be closed every night to get paid for free, or is the manager in on it too? Read more

The napple headed who hasn't washed her hair in 3 decades night manager was being unprofessional. I ordered a crispy chicken... sandwich meal and one by itself with extra pickle Sunday night (11/13/22). First, she didn't tell me that they were closing at11pm. Second, she was probably mad because she had to make my order fresh, and I had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes. Lastly, shegot mad at me for not parking a certain way, and she can refuse to give me my order and keep my money. It's my fault for movingbecause I thought she wouldn't see me. She was rude and ungrateful because she wanted to go home (I get it), and my food washalf burnt. So you know what, you don't have to worry about me coming back. Some days, my order will never be right anyway, andyour night shift employees that be doing the cooking be high as hell all the time. Read more
