Don't really eat at this chain but I have to say the speed and service was superb! We were intimidated by the long wait lines in... the drive through but noticed they were constantly moving so we took the chance to order a big family meal. Hans, who took ourorder outside was extremely fast and was able to make modifications on our order without any trouble. Shout-out to him! As wepulled up to pay and receive our order, the service we received was also superb. Extremely quick and great customer service.Everything tasted great and the quality of the food was as well. I have been hearing how great this place is for years from my West Coast friends. Finally I stopped by while visiting Utah. ... I'm thinking how great can another fast food burger be...well I was impressed. I have to say this is the best fast food burgerto date for me. The service was perfect. Immediate attention with a smile and a big thank you after our order. Alexa andCameron gave us a X-mas card, nice touch! Not something you see from other fast food chains. They only serve hamburgers andfries, that's it. I was surprised that there were no chicken sandwiches etc, but who cares, it's the burger that matters andhere it does it's job 100%. The fries were great as well. Huge portion, we had more than enough to share one order, and theywere really great. The restaurant was super clean. This is the best place ever! We came in on a Saturday evening It wasn't crowded. The line inside took 2 minutes. Our server... (Aiden) was really nice, he knew what he was doing. We went to our table. It was very clean. It took about 10 minutes. I chompeddown my plate. The fries were great! The drink dispenser was touchless and very clean. For a hamburger place its awesome! This place is fantastic! The restaurant was clean, and the staff really went above and beyond! Being from NC, there is not an In... and Out Burger anywhere around. After landing in Utah, this was our first stop. I did not know you could not order melted cheesefor your fries, after your order had been placed. I did try to order some after we had our order and the sweet young lady toldme they could only do it before you received your order, so she and a nice young man went above and beyond and melted a slice ofcheese for me at no cost! Wow!! The views are amazing while you eat. Our food came out fresh and hot! Our order was correct! Youget huge helping of fries so if you do not eat a lot of fries, you can share. In-N-Out burger is excellent, juicy, tasty, yummy burger as always. I came around lunch time on a week day and that may have... contributed to why my order took a bit longer than usual. It could be the line on the pick-up window since the place is onlyabout a quarter full. Or it could be the lack of crews. Regardless, the crews still did their best and prepared a consistent,delicious burger. I could easily give In-N-Out Burger 5stars but for this location, I'm leaving 1star out for speed andcleanliness/maintenance of the place. In-In-Out Burger is a classic and is always delicious. The service is always fast, always accurate, and they have the best fast... food burger around. Not everyone is a fan of their fries, but if you order the ?extra toast? they cook them a bit longer andthey?ll be a little crispier. I like to order my burger animal style (pickles, grilled onions, burger cooked in mustard) as wellas extra toast (they toast the bun). Always a great fast food burger. Read more
I came here at Draper, UT location on Oct19th,2022 around 8.30 pm. The food is great. Service is good. Besides, the employee,... the lady who works in the kitchen. She is yelling, giggling, talking, screaming SUPER LOUD. I have been for a whole 30 mins. Icould only hear her voice and the other man ALL THE TIME!!!!! And this annoyed customers who are in dining room so much. Pleaserespect others we all want to come have a great time, not listening to your inappropriate behaviors from the kitchen. Beprofessional!
