I ordered 2 bagels to go not cooked not toasted ?.the guy came out with them cooked soooo he took them back and he was still... taking a long time young girl went back to check and again they were cooked she then went back to get uncooked bagels andpractically thru them in my face never said sorry or have a nice day .. all the ?kids? working there seem to be way to busy ontheir phone to give any kind of good customer service ? this was my first time here and it will be my last!!!!! If you are going for a quick lunch, don?t go here. I waited for avo toast for 20 mins. It never came. I just left hungry because... my 20 minute lunch break was up. I have a low expectations about this place but they still manage to severely disappoint me. Read more
I?m on my way back from a trip in Maine, celebrating my birthday. Wanted to give a different place a try. I went in to dine and... was greeted by no one. Looking at me silent. I had to ask ?is this where I order?? For one staff to tell another and then shegreeted me. I asked if they have vegan options and she just pointed me towards the menu. A man walked in two seconds after andshe immediately greeted him. I left. Can?t give my business where the hospitality is minimal. And idk why, but I have ideas. Read more
I've ordered smoothies and breakfast sandwiches in the past and everything is always delicious! However, the past 2 times I... called ahead to order a frappe I was told 15 min wait.. well that was not the case at all. After giving the workers a good 20min to prepare my order I walk in and pay for my order and was told by the gentlemen at the register my frappe cannot be foundand was asked if I want to wait... I politely said ok (mistakes happen and I understand). The following day I again call aheadfor my frappe and was told 15 min and I show up a little early and pay for my order and I sit down and wait....well 30 MIN passby and my name is not called and everyone who placed their order after me has come and gone.. SO finally I stand up and the girlworking the register looks at me and grabs my watered down frappe out of the fridge..... basically I was waiting around for 30min for my order that was sitting in the fridge... no apology or anything just a blank stare. I?ll start off by saying I?ve never been disappointed by the actual product here. My food is always delicious and fresh. The one... star is due to a consistent long wait (I?m typically not in a crazy rush. But waiting 25+ minutes for juice and a smoothie bowlis insane) the long wait is consistent every time I visit. They always seem to have a ton of staff on deck, yet no order orflow. Almost EVERY TIME I call to order ahead (to try and avoid the ridiculous wait), the call never is answered. Which isbizarre considering their front window advertisements say ? CALL TO ORDER AHEAD?. Clearly not an option!!! For the high pricetags you?d hope for better service and customer experience. Unfortunately for me- even though the product is what it?s promisedto be.. the unprofessional staff combined with the absurd wait times will have me bringing my wallet elsewhere. Read more
Went for some tea on my lunch break. While their tea selection is limited, they had a nice African Nectar tea by Mighty Leaf.... The vibe was good, they was plenty of space and the staff was friendly. It would nice if they had their teas listed on themenu. Read more
Nice Coffee Shop, Big space to sit and eat. Great place to do school work as well as bring the family. They have a big menu that... gives everyone something to enjoy. We got 2 coffee and ice for our daughter and it was less than 10 dollars. So thank you ,wewill be coming more! And beautiful painting as well! Read more
