I've been coming to this location for over 20 years. There has been so many drastic changes. Lately, the staff haven't been... nice. They forget to add sauce into your bag. They don't double check the order before handing it off. It seems like staffaren't planted in their positions and they're just doing anything. Very disorganized. I remember waiting over 30 minutes in therestaurant for 4 mcflurrys (even after asking an employee if they've got my order). The restaurant for sitting in is notconsistently being cleaned. I would say this location is by far the worse. I have way too many bad experience here. I won?t be back unfortunately. Simple... things like providing fresh food upon customers request cannot be done. It?s annoying. I?m not going to even get into theattitude that everybody has, including the management team. Sharing a bad experience that could've been avoided. $1 ice coffee was not available on the app. Entered store to order and was... informed only flavoured ice coffee was available. Advised I wanted my ice coffee black and was informed they couldn't do that.So decided to order the sugar free vanilla and was told I could not use the $1 app coupon on flavored. At this point I wasconfused, why couldn't they not have just poured coffee into a cup with ice? I found the interaction by the cashier quite rude.In the end, I instructed the cashier to charge for a pop and just pour the coffee on ice. Poor customer service, I'd recommendthe franchise owner to provide more coaching and be more aware of staff behavior. Read more
For some reason took 15 minutes for 2 drinks when everyone else's order came out faster even though we were ahead. Avoid walk in... at any cost and just drive through for prompt service Read more
The most incompetent McDonald?s I?ve ever dealt with, if meals require utensils or condiments it?s common sense to just put it... in the order people shouldn?t be asking if we are paying by for meals. Can?t even properly package stuff, happy meals in bagsinstead of their normal boxes Read more
NO onions nor pickles in their McDouble anymore. McDonald's is getting more stingy with their customers every year, they don't... even want to provide you napkins with your order nowadays! Walk-in closes at 10pm here. Read more
This restaurant has the outdoor entrance and one into the mall decorated with original retro 60s tile and doors. Very friendly... staff. Gets a little loud & busy at lunch and around 3:00 pm. A bit of a time machine at this location!. Read more
