I was really surprised when I saw a 3.3 rating before I ordered. Usually chain counter serve sandwich restaurants are rated... pretty high because the items are standardized and easy to make quickly. The people working seemed like they had no idea whatwas going on and I waited over 45 min for my mobile order. They were not that busy. I had to grab my own ticket and show them inorder for them to start making it. This is inexcusable. The franchisee needs to get it together. Read more

Do yourself a favor and stay away. Went here for lunch expecting to get in and out because there was no one else in the store.... upon placing my order the gentleman kept calling me by a different name. After sitting there for 20 minutes thinking that myorder was being made I stood up to ask what was going on. Here they charged me but never started my order and completelyforgot. Needless to say I sat there for 20 minutes thinking that I was waiting for my food which was not the case. The guy askedme if I wanted to wait while he made the sandwich which I politely replied no because I had to get back to work. Positive- The menu, sandwiches, and recipes all look and sound great. Negative- The actual product is highly disappointing.... First, they have an option for extra meat and another for double meat. This made me think that the sandwiches must have verylittle meat if you don?t select one of theses options so I selected extra. What I received was pathetic. My Italian hogie hadone layer of meat. Capi, salami, prosciutto. If i didn?t select extra meat, how do they make the Italian hogie? By eliminatingone if the mandatory meats? The roll was also underwhelming. It was not as good as it should be for the cost of the sandwichesI bought. Both sandwich rolls were dry and tore apart. They should have been fresh and chewy while holding the sandwichestogether and just didn?t get the job done. Last Friday we went in for the first time, loved the food and experience! So today we decided we go out for dinner again, when... we got there the cashier took time cleaning the food area while making customer wait to place their order. I said hello, but didnot get greeted back just asked how can I help you. Thereafter telling her it was dine in twice she discarded that and when sawus sitting down changed it?It took 25 mins for our food to arrive ? When the food arrived there was a long hair in the food!!Took it back to her , did not even get a SORRY!! And blamed it on another worker who hair was not even the same color.
