Bathroom was very dirty and I asked an employee to clean it and all she did was sweep the wet tissue off the floor . She didn?t... mop floor or clean. And to top it off after I used the restroom it was no tissue for me to wipe myself so my wife had to comeand bring me some tissue. I noticed a lot of restaurants do this . You ask them to clean the restroom and all they do is sweeplike excuse me I?m not using the restroom on the floor. Clean the whole entire restroom !!!!! Read more

Wendy's ain't been the same since they switched the real burger patties given to you in the aluminum paper wrapping. This thick... burger patty today is awful. Leave it on the counter til it gets cold and watch it turn black. Is that real beef or mysterymeat?! Read more

I understand they were busy but that doesn't excuse the lack of customer service. A simple "hello, I'll be with you in a minute"... would have been just fine, but i waited at the register for a while before I was actually acknowledged.
