I ordered 2 qrap platters and then a 3rd platter a week before my son's birthday party. When I picked them up there were only 2... players finished and they did not even look nice nor could I tell what kind of wraps they were. They were put on a bare platternot arranged in anyway. It just looked sloppy. Then I had to wait while the workers contacted the manager to make sure it shouldhave been 3. I took the 2 platers and came back for the 3rd which made me miss the start for my son's birthday party. If you dodecide to order catering here I would make sure they got the complete order before hand. Read more
Terrible inside and outside, got closed down by the food department for having mold next to the food storage, bugs in the back,... they lie about the temps of the meats, and they fire anybody not adhering to their disgusting sub par standards. Such Horrible service I experienced tonight on 3/3/21. I ordered a mobile order to be ready at 6:55pm. Order was placed at... 6:25Pm . So I show up at 7:05pm giving them an extra 10 mins. So when I ask to grab my sandwiches sense they are already paidfor and should be ready to go. So then the guy is standing there clueless like he has no idea what I'm talking about when I askto pick up my order. Not sure if he is High on the job or he's just that clueless? He then tells me he gave it away to a randomguy? So I?m guessing that's all it takes to get a free meal? Just go at a busy time and randomly say I have a "mobile order"with no name or number given and just get a freebie? By the time I actually left was 7:30. Point is this establishment is a jokeand unprofessional. Always making mistakes here , such a head ache when I order here and never right. This establishment needs abetter hiring team or better management that actually know how to properly train there workers. This is a joke at this point.Seriously never coming back. Read more
I would order online here often. I like them. However; earlier in the year I ordered for the wrong day and they could not see... the order. I called and called and called the next day it was supposed to be for to get a refund but they still couldn't see myorder. I'm not sure why. They should be able to see all the orders placed for the day as soon as they open. I lost out of $9+ Read more
