I arrived at 7:55 pm closing time is 9:00 pm. The door is shut with a sign that reads ?out to lunch.? I thought ok maybe at 8pm... they open back up. Waited till 8 pm There is 2 girls chit chatting just starring. My husband knocked and asked one of them ifthey are closed and she said yes. This Subway was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though I usually order the footlong Tuna sandwich on a... Italian Herb and cheese bread. I was very satisfied with it being on wheat bread and not messy at all. And the staff gave me a10 percent discount for my military service. And I paid it forward with a tip. I placed an online delivery order from this store & got an order confirmation. A while later the DD driver calls to tell me when... he arrived to pick up my order, he was told my order was canceled. I didn't cancel it. The store did w/o explanation. Thecontact # was no good. I kept getting a recording say person I was trying to call was not available. Very bad customer serviceexperience.
