This Jack in the Box is close to my residence. I go there out of convenience, But everytime I go there I am reminded why I... should go someplace else. My wife went through the drive thru and as per usual they got the order wrong. They ask me if theorder is correct on the drive thru screen and it is but they get it wrong between the order screen and the window. If you stopto check the food they assure you rudely it's all there. Many times I've got home and the order was wrong. Last night was noexception. The staff doesn't know how to communicate to you when you ask questions. They seem very bothered if you ask forcondiments and napkins. Last night I was charged for a meal when I ordered a single item. The cashier seemed mad at me fortelling her this was not my order. She tried to tell me it was. Will I return there? Jack in the Box has the greatest Teriyaki chicken bowl I've ever eaten. The chicken is so tender and tasty along with the... veggies. Jack in the box has outdone their competitors on this bowl which I will no longer buy anywhere else. Who knew, "JACK INTHE BOX" who is well known for their TACOS. Read more
Table needed to be clean , but in all was a little uncomfortable to eat inside because it was too cold ???? kind employees thank... you ...just wipe tables clean and turn Dien the air conditioner, other then that good place to eat, o love your tacos hat offto the cook ?????????????????????????? I?ve never had a bad experience with Jack in the box until now. The guy forgot to give me the receipt, two tacos, and the spicy... chicken sandwich chicken patty was bad portion size. Read more
It?s a great place to go and the costumer service is great but why do I always feel as I get lowballed on fries and I get stale... fries too. Also I would hope when asking for condiments I?d get more than 3 packets instead of 1 or 2. Read more

Been going here for years. Never really had a bad experience. Although, like with any Fast food spot, always check what they... give you before you leave. Sometimes mistakes happen and it's best to realize it while you're in walking distance. They'vealways been very nice and helpful when dealing with missing or incorrect items.
