I am so upset with Chick-Fil-A in the City of Downey, my son won a certificate for excellent student at Dotty Middle School. I... took my entire family to at Chick-Fil-A. I was going to purchase Family meal for five. My son went ahead in front of us to gethis free sandwich as he was told by two employees. Then he was told he?s not able to get anything. The employees said they neverseen this certificate or card for the free sandwich, in a very unprofessional manner.
