I was extremely happy!!! I had an spontaneous plan. For a birthday of a friend who came to town and they hooked up the DIY... SUNDAE PKG for me SAME DAY!!! I WAS SOOOOO SURPRISED AND HAPPY WITH ALL IT INCLUDED!!! THEY WERE NOT CHEAP WITH IT AT ALL, THEPACKAGE WAS ONLY $25 AND INCLUDED SO MUCH, WE TRULY ENJOYED IT AND HAD FUN MAKING OUR OWN SUNDAES (ESPECIALLY THE WHIPPEDCREAM)!!! The elderly white lady was Incredibly rude for no reason. I've been going to this ice cream parlor for many years and have... always seen her look mad but have never actually exchanged words, I was aware that she is the supervisor and when I asked tospeak to someone in charge regarding the service that was provided and was told by her that there was no one there in charge atthe time. You would think they would serve soft serve till at least 10 or 15 minutes prior to closing. This is the second time I go there... and both times they said the soft serve was closed for the night. The first time it was 9:30pm and was told that was the timethey close it for cleaning. Today I walked in for a soft serve and it was 9:13pm and was told it was already closed for thenight. Very unprofessional service. Furniture and fixtures are decrepit and unkempt, have not been replaced since it was opened years... ago. The employees take customers out of order and are not trained to refund after a mistake. Lady heated cookies which meltedthe ice creme far too hot. Read more
