I'm sorry guys, everything else about the experience was great, but for the price I'm paying for a burger here, I expect to... experience fewer big bone chunks in the burger patty. Great service and they?re connected to Oberweis, so that?s an automatic win for ice cream lovers. However, their chicken needs... some SERIOUS seasoning. Very disappointed at this restaurant. My job orders regularly food for our guest. We wanted to give this one a try but it was a... fail. We order thru Grubhub and either they need to speak with them about the combo option or they forgot to add the fries. Wecalled to get that corrected and the person on the phone was so unhelpful. We were charged $4.0 extra for the combo just toreceive the burger and drink minus the fries. The lady on the phone is telling me I have to deal with Grubbub but is theirresponsibility to check on orders and make sure they are correct before handing it to the driver. Ordered a Chicago hot dog, the bun was very cold. No other complaints - it was a standard char dog with all the toppings and... service was nice/efficient. Note that I came <5 minutes after they opened at 11:30 so maybe not everything was ready yet. Theyshare a space with oberweis dairy and the whole dining area smells like ice cream, which isn't for everyone. Read more
Looks like a nice and ckean place. Prices are affordable. It is a better alternative of McDonalds and Burger Kind. However, the... nice casier made a mistake with my order. I asked for the Chipotle and got the swiss. Service wad good and nice atmosphere. Read more

New place. It's attached/open-to Oberweis Ice Cream. Staff is friendly and service not too bad (expected slower for a newly... opened place). Update: the food was pretty good. Favorite part was the hand-cut fries. Tasted really good even as takeout.Chicken strips were just good. The burger was a solid burger: good brioche bun, veggies nice and crisp and the meat patty cookedwell, not too thick and not too thin. The burgers are generally pretty good and they offer a lettuce wrap option which is great for low carb eaters. However, they... skimp on their fries. I often order a large and it is never full to the top of the container. Today it was 3/4 full. So I'mpaying for a large but get the equivalent of a small. As a note, the burgers are good at Five guys AND they make sure you getthe fries you pay for. There are many burger choices around. That Burger Joint needs to step it up if they want to keep mybusiness. Read more
