Been an avid Smoothie King lover for years until my experience at this particular location. My brother who has disabilities... placed an online pick up order and received an almost near frozen keto smoothie. Definitely not the texture their smoothies areusually made when done properly. When I called the store Mia whom was very nice, apologized and told me that there was nomanager on site and took down my number to have them call me back. I received a call back from a blocked number, whom ended upbeing the store manager by the name of ?Amir?. The man accused me of lying and said his store doesn?t make frozen smoothies. Iexplained to him that I wouldn?t be wasting my evening calling if I was lying, and instead of acting the way a professionalstore manager/owner would he continued to tell me I was a liar and wouldn?t issue me a refund. I?ve never in my life experiencedsuch unprofessional and rude customer service. Not once did he even apologize. He wouldn?t give me his real number or name andcompletely rushed my call. What kind of store manager calls you on a blocked caller ID? Hmm. Zero stars if I could. Save yourmoney and go somewhere else. Especially if your going to call someone with disabilities a liar about their poorly made smoothie.Waiting for their cooperate office to call me back tomorrow. Read more
Whoa I have been replacing one meal a day with their smoothies for a little over a week. I?m already down 7lbs. I cannot believe... how healthy these are. Staff is wonderful. At this rate I will definitely be ready for swimsuit season! Read more
