Since I live nearby Mr. Submarine and have been coming here for the past 15 years, thought it was time for a 10 STAR review. My... wife and I have always been impressed with the friendly and courteous service from the staff either at the drive up window orwhen we have dined in. Clean restaurant in the lot as well as inside dining. We have tried so many different items off the menuand have never been dissatisfied. We have recently been hooked on the Gyro Plate. Large portions served with tzatziki sauce,olives, onions, tomatoes and a decent amount of fries. Can't go wrong and soooo gooood. Read more

Phone ordered Italian beef combo, that comes with sausage. Got it home and opened it for dinner, only to find that the sausage... was missing. Was so hungry, I ate half the sandwich before I called the restaurant about the missing sausage. They would notaccept that the sausage was missing. They hung up on me. I called repeatedly for about 10 minutes before they picked up. Irepeated everything again and then they agreed to give me the missing sausage. I would have let it go had they accepted themistake. Instead they dug in as if I was asking for an arm and a leg. Poor service. Read more
I'm in Bolingbrook and order from here so I don't have to take an hour round trip but I'm usually disappointed. There is never... enough lettuce or oil on my sandwiches and today I requested extra and it's like they dipped the entire sandwich in it;practically inedible. They also forgot my daughter's sub so I had to get that refunded. The delivery fee is also prettyoutrageous through Uber Eats, which I'm assuming is because of the distance, but it's honestly not worth it. Mr. Sub in Berwynis the real MVP. Read more

This was my first and last time eating at this establishment (DOWNERS GROVE), I am highly disgusted with the food service that I... received! I ate majority of a molded sandwich without even noticing until I was almost done eating the whole sandwich.
