Really long wait for your order comparing to other locations. French fries so salty that we throw out half of them also burgers... by the time we got them were cold. I think they have something wrong with the sequence they preparing the orders. I've been inother locations and this is my first time that I got disappointed. Read more
Not as good as it has been previously. They were out of BBQ sauce. Bagged our burgers without asking if we wanted something... else. $30 for 2 single bacon cheeseburgers and 1 fry. Asked for fries well done. They were soggy and cold. I'll just go to steakand shake next time. Read more
Ok, Five guys is pretty consistant with the food they offer. Sometimes the order taker is a bit of a wise guy.... It depends on... my mood if I find that entertaining or not. What I can't seem to understand is the pricing structure. I not only ordered thesingle cheeseburger, but the one they describe as the "Little Hamburger", small fries and a small shake. One person, thesmallest of everything, $23.22!!! Take-out, fast food. As a widower with a pension, I can afford that. How does a working manor woman, with a family of say, 4 or 5 possible afford to spend close to $100 for one meal? I understand we all have choicesand nobody is forced to eat there. Overall pretty good burger, Quality meat and produce used. Fries were amazing and the portion size was over the top.. Modern... soda machine with Coca-Cola products and also a Freusca juice machine.. only con would be the bottom of the bun was extremelysoggy due to alot of onions and mushrooms piled on the bottom bun.. around 15-20$ a person.. Ordered a cheese burger and regular little fries through doordash. The burger was under cooked with meat still pink and they... gave me Cajun fries instead of regular fries. To top it off, fries were cold and Disgusting. I will NEVER order from thereagain. Read more
Aside from Whataburger (which isn't local to Chicago) this is my favorite fast food chain burger. I tried the Cajun fries and... they're great if you don't mind a little spice. The regular size fry gives you PLENTY. No need for the large. Read more
