I thought it was just me but apparently everyone else who comes to this Dunkin? has had the same horrible experience. I... expressed to the lady at the window that they had previously gotten my order incorrect. A ?manager? then approached the windowto argue with me about the fact that I would not be compensated or given anything even though they were the ones who got theorder incorrect. I go to Dunkin? all over the city and this one is truly the worst experience I?ve had. Don?t be in customerservice to have a nasty attitude and ruin people?s days. Also get it together and get the orders correct. Twice in one weekitems were forgotten. What?s the point in a drive through if I have to go through it again or get off my car because somethingis missing. It?s really not acceptable and best believe I will be publicly sharing this horrible experience at this Dunkin on asmany social media?s as I can and escalate this just because of how that manager treated me. The only part deserving of even 1 star is the guy who took my order who was sooo friendly. I ordered a half dozen donuts and... they all look and feel so old. One of them doesn?t even look like it?s the right color. I also ordered a bagel and it was burntbeyond belief. I have tried coming to this location multiple times because it is close to my work but it is literally awfulevery time. Read more
Update: I've been going here rather frequently and though most of the staff is incredibly friendly, some of them are downright... rude. Be careful with your choice of phrasing and the way you say things; it means a lot in customer service. Read more
