Very rude people. First time I ate there, they told me they didn't have the food I had already paid for online. Didn't have any... good substitutions and didn't offer a refund. Second time I ate there they shut the window (drive thru) on me and said they were"close" at 4pm!!! Never coming here again. Learn how to treat your customers before running a restaurant. Read more
Had to order at the window. Dining room was closed. Why ? Coffee and coffee cake muffins real good.

I feel bad for owner coz who?s working in side of the store they take lot of time most of dunkin?s take only 1 or 2 minutes... right but this one took 25 minutes in drive thru and it?s in the morning I was over there 9:10am and I took my order 9:35am andalso I late for my work too.. so pls do something about it pls Food is good as usual I don?t have any complaint about food onlyI have complaint about service. Been coming here for years, but won't anymore. 1. The price they charge for the same item varies each time. If you buy an... espresso, it should be priced as such. If you buy an espresso and add a turbo shot, you should not upcharge the customer buttreat the second as a turbo shot and not espresso. 2. The espresso has been DISGUSTING every 3rd time I go. It seems likethey make a small portion espresso and then add coffee instead of having a creamy double espresso. Also, there is no way thatyou can make a double espresso within 5 seconds (from placing order at drive through to going to pay, the espresso is waiting.).This also seems to suggest that point #3 is valid. 3. The espresso is not hot, but luke warm. A fresh shot of espresso shouldbe burning tongue hot. This leads me to beleive that they make an espresso shot, put small portions of it in multiple cups andthen just add warm coffee when someone orders is. This is the last time I have gone to this place after giving you business for6 years. Read more
