Angelo's has been a mainstay in DG since the olden days. I first stumbled upon this gem about 17 years ago. Their pizza is some... of the best in Chicagoland, and my second favorite pizza overall. My go to is sausage, mushroom, onion and green pepper . Theycook it well done, which I think is the best way. The dough is a perfect thickness (on the thin side) with a crunchy crust.Sauce is savory and just delicious. The sausage is the "icing on the top" Lou (the owner) seems to always be there, makingcustomers feel at home. If you are near DG give this place a try. Read more
