The one of the OWNERS is Rude as hell! Pretty sure her name is LYNN. Younger guy got order wrong (totally fine) it happens and... the back staff forgot one of the items again no biggie. I went upfront got older lady dressed in regular clothes I assumedthen she was the owner I told her what was wrong she has bad attitude saying she put the item on the tray fine I had two of thesame thing missing one! Then she ask who took the order then she goes on to degraded the worker! You could tell the look on theworkers THEY HATE HER! She treats them awful but they still have a smile on their face for the public! Its a very hostile workplace. My family felt very uncomfortable eating there after that. Staff was absolutely amazing. I actually asked for their recommendations and they fixed me a special order chicken quesadilla... (old menu item) that was to die for. I wish I could give this place zero stars but it?s not and option. I don?t live in town but have different business dealings... here often and stop when I?m in Dover. This visit in particular was TERRIBLE. I went through the drive through and had twoseparate orders. The first order had two meals (for myself & mt husband) and the second order had one meal. (For my mother). Icheck the bags and noticed mine had two bags of chips & one cheese. We ordered the chips & dip as sides so I was confused why itonly had one dip. I went inside to let them know I was missing a cheese dip and the girl told me She put two in there. I said?there was 3 orders of chips & dip but there was 3 bags of chips & 2 cheese sauces.? She said ?well I?m the one that put them inthere so I know I put it.? I told her there wasn?t the right about and asked her if she was accusing me of lying? She said sheknew she put them in there. I have no reason to lie about a dollar cup of cheese sauce. She went back and forth with me beforeagreeing to give me the cheese. I went out to get my wallet to pay for it because I wasn?t going to argue with her back andforth. When I came in I offered to pay for it and told me I will not stand for being called a liar or a thief because I amneither. I told her I own a Coffee Shop and would NEVER call any of my customers a liar. I told her that I have no reason to tryto lie and get a $1 cup of cheese for free. Her and another girl were arguing with me and told me ?people lie to get stuff forfree.? Well I personally am not going to go out of my way to steal a $1 thinly of cheese. I don?t need to financially that?sridiculous. Never in my life have I been treated the way these ladies were treating me it was the worst customer service I haveever experienced. I even offered the manager to come out to my car and check my bags and car because again I hate to be called aliar or a thief. I was absolutely in shock that this woman is the manager. Served hot and fresh delicious food.. Service was excellent!! We waited for our order but Everything was fresh. We came through... drive thru approximately 8:15-8:30ish. So nice... Thank you to the crew at Taco John's. See you next fishing trip. Read more
Staying from out of town and thought I'd stop at this known Taco place in town. BIG MISTAKE! Went through drive thru and ordered... their equivalent to a Power Bowl at Taco Bell. I usually get without beans & rice, extra chicken. (Diabetic). And I gotpractically nothing with maybe 5 small squares of chicken...WHERES THE CHICKEN? Let alone the extra?!? And the prices?? Wow. Notagain...Only Taco Bell for me...better yet, a real Mexican Restaurant. Read more
Price is on the high side but for the difference in flavor and original approach to combo items such as getting a bucket of hash... rounds with dipping cheese sauce is a major plus. The food is hot and fresh. The chicken strips are small but they taste great.They have a 1,2,3 dollar menu for those on a budget. I had the spicy chicken and potato burrito grilled. I usually love this place . They have unsweetened tea that is great . Nice friendly staff but today I ordered the chicken strips... . 5 little pieces of chicken about 1/2 of what a normal chicken strip would be . Taste was good but all I got was the littlemini strips and iced tea at over 9 bucks . Not at all a good value . Read more
Atmosphere and service were okay but I didn't like their tacos at all. The filling was like a sauce , no texture or meat to it... and the refried beans were served cold with cheese and raw onions on it which I specifically told the order taker NO onions. Nota great experience. ???? Read more
