I am surprised by the negative reviews. I have been ordering pizzas and subs for about 6 months. All have been good...and they... accommodated my requests. Also the delivery folks have been great. Only thing they need to make a thinner pizza upon request butthat is a small issue. Requested well done.....mushrooms were a bit shy ..but the worst was that it well UNDER done. EDIT- 6 months later - I?m not sure what happened to this place but I am DONE ordering from here. There service has gone... downhill , along with the quality of their food. The last 4+ times I have been nothing but disappointed . Don?t waste your moneyor time. The trouble started back in March when I paid a week+ ahead of time in cash for 11 pizzas to be made for a birthdayparty?. They FORGOT ALL ABOUT IT! I had to call 45 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered , and the kid who answered thephone got an attitude with me because I was irritated that no one had any idea what I was talking about . I got over that andmoved on after a while. Since then - every time we have ordered food , it has not been delivered as ordered. A salad I orderedwas a joke, and completely just thrown together last second without any thought or care. One order was completely wrong andmissing an item. I ordered cannolis one time? they were disgusting, didn?t even eat them after one bite . Every time we haveasked for our pizza lightly baked, it comes to us well done. Over an hour wait for delivery no matter what time or day whenwe?re 3 miles from the shop. I attached a photo of our ?lightly baked? pizza from this evening . TLDR- don?t waste your time ormoney- go to Jim n Nenas- their service is better and so is their food, 500%. Thefood has been hot when delivered and the drivers are nice . It is hard to find our house in my opinion , but the drivers willcall and we make it a team effort- no issue there. The food has been delivered in a timely fashion . The first time we ordered,we got a Philly cheese steak and a steak sub. They were huge and also super delish . Worst sub we EVER had!!! Ordered my husband a cheeseburger sub and basically the only thing you could see was a huge, thick... hoagie roll!! My husband said that's all he was able to taste...bread!! My sub was a whole hot mess! Couldn't even pick it upwithout it falling apart!! Part of my sub was soggy from I'm guessing the sauce. Tried biting into it, all the chicken steakfell out!! I think I ended up using 4 napkins and paper towels due to the mess it caused and then even afterwards, I had to washmy hands!!! It didn't even look good!! Ordered some pizza. Got what could be seen as a "pizza" if you're three quarters into a Monday night game if you've been... drinking since noon. Ordered it an hour before close, didn't feel like it'd be fair to come back right before close to ask foranother one. Worst pizza I think I have ever had. The sauce had a really weird tang to it, couldn't place what the tang was but was not good... and was very potent. The crust was hard and burnt. My mom got the manicotti, she pitched it. That is where the pizza went too,in the trash. They forgot the salad that was supposed to come with the meal. Also, the back door was open and I could see thekitchen, which didn't appear very clean. We won't return nor recommend. Read more
