Sitting in line for 10 mins for my $30 order? ordered 2 dozen donuts, a coffee and breakfast sandwich. asked for NO PLAIN... DONUTS. What do I get ??? It?s really bad. Mobile ordering/counter ordering is never available due to ?staff shortages? despite no other Dunkin?s in the... area closing off services they recently installed a touch screen so customers may place orders and they even have that shut off.What happened did the computer call out of their shift too? The woman with lighter hair pulled back in a ponytail that works the window is literally the nicest woman she deserves a raise!... She is so good at her job, I leave with a smile on my face because she is so sweet! She isn?t just saying the price owed andhaving a nice day she makes something as insignificant as grabbing a coffee from Dunkin?s extreme personal and she remembers thepeople who come regularly. I never write reviews but this morning I was feeling stressed and she was so thoughtful in how shegreeted me and just the few minutes with her at the window my morning was a little lighter I appreciate her being so kind andpersonable. My favorite Dunkin in the area...everyone here is so friendly and my orders are always correct. There is one lady in particular... here who you can tell loves what she does, she is always bubbly and friendly, and puts a smile on everyone's face. I usually do not review Dunkin' Donuts, but I feel like I have to for this one because my boyfriend and I were kind of cranky... today and when we stopped to get something to eat the woman at the window was so overly cheerful, friendly, and talkative thatwe just instantly became cheerful ourselves and was very thankful for it!! Unfortunately, we did not get a chance to look at hername tag, but she was a short older lady with glasses, so if anybody sees her just know you will have a great time!! They are definitely understaffed, but the employees that they do have are atleast competent, work hard/fast, and almost NEVER... screw up our coffee order like a lot of other Dunks do. So even being understaffed they are the best dunks near me! Read more
