Good food, horrible staff and wait. They?ll lose your orders some how and not even tell you. Placed a mobile order and gave them... 45 mins to get it together. I got there and it wasn?t even ready. I waited 15 more mins and nothing. I asked how much longer andthe manager said who are you again. So I gave them name and it wasn?t even started? I said that?s okay mixups happen. So I gavethem about 15 more mins she asked. So by this time it?s been almost an hour and a half. She YELLS my name and I go grab it. Theydidn?t give me fries and half of my wing order. The worker apparently didn?t read it right. So I said screw it I just want arefund please. Argued over the refund. The girl started raising her voice and a male coworker jumped in telling me to ?go to adifferent place if you don?t want to wait?, followed by profanity. Unprofessional. Rude. Wish I could've ordered. Instead the employees just looked at the customers at the register. The manager was putting stuff away... and finished and never acknowledged the customers. Nor did they say "hold on or we will be right with you". Got food elsewhere.Your loss their gain I guess. Read more
For the love of god, please review food safety and sanitation with your staff. I?ve watched an employee clean the bathroom and... proceed to continue to work with the food only after putting on gloves. I?ve witnessed the main cook come back from his break toput on gloves as well?. Not washing their hands . Majority of the staff were on their phone and we all know how many germstransfer from phones, oh god. Trust me when I say I?m not a germaphobe, but there are cardinal rules regarding food safety andsanitation. As a person who works with food all the time, there should be no exception. The bathrooms were trifling. Waitedhere for a good minute for the food as well, 30 mins for a 15 count meal?. The restaurant was not busy. The staff provided noutensils, no napkins, and no celery (which I made sure to order). Fries were unbearably soggy , I could not stomach themdown. Disappointed because the brand chain usually has good food? I can say the staff was decently friendly from what I?veobserved from my first encounter; However, the music was blaring. They still getting it together so I will come back after i give them some time. I have been probably five times and each time... food is over salted I?m missing food and always missing dipping sauce. Fries are good. Chicken is overcooked most times. Corn isthe best. Manager always fixes problem. Good new spot. UPDATE: So I definitely had to try the thigh bites. ?????????? Amazing???? i went back twice. Bad thing about it was they are good don?t get me wrong. But my box had about a inch of oil. So thechicken was drenched in oil. Which gave them a burnt oil taste. Same with my corn threw all the particles from the fryer rightin my box. The nerves! Corn tasted like it had been recooked could also tell by the looks. I went to go get some wing stop tonight and it wasn?t very busy. Went up to the register and this girl was inebriated or... something because I had to repeat my order three times and asked specifically boneless wings and yet she still got my orderwrong. She was just moving in slow motion and not registering anything. We waited for 45 minutes for our order and when we gothome and opened it, the wings were not boneless and they didn?t put in the dips either. Then the fries were just cut as potatowedges and completely raw. They were hard as a rock. It a pathetic excuse if a food establishment They need a new cashier andkitchen! Placed order online at 5:04 p.m. Order stated that it would be ready in 16 to 21 minutes. I arrived at 5:36 p.m. I wanted to... give them ample time to get the order finished. They advised me that the order was not ready yet . I stood waiting for about 20minutes and then overheard the people grumbling and two people stating they had been there over an hour. This was atapproximately 5:50. I continued to wait. At 6:00 a woman who appeared to be the manager asked if anybody had been there an hour.Three people said they had and I advised I was almost up to an hour. She got our names and told the crew to start getting themready quickly for the four of us. She then told the crew at the counter to stop taking phone orders or walk up orders. Severalpeople came in and attempted to place an order but were turned away. Over the next 10 minutes the three of them got their food.At about 6:15 the manager asked my name again. I gave my full name as it appeared on my order on my phone. She then went intothe back where they were making the food. She spoke to several of them. At about 6:23 she looked at me and then told the girlat the counter that my order needed to be the next one prepared. She yelled at me and said what was your last name? I gave it toher. Several people then picked up their orders but at 6:36 they called my first name and last initial. So my last name was noton the order system at the store. My order took an hour and 32 minutes to prepare. The people there were extremely busy andworking as fast as they could. It was total chaos though. I realize they have only been open for 3 or 4 weeks but I thought itwould have calmed down a little bit but now. Apparently the online ordering gives you a time but it is not realistic compared towhat is actually going on at the store. The food was good. I'm going to wait a while before I go back. Ordered food online to be delivered it took over a hour once food arrived the food was cold. Can't blame it on the delivery... driver because she literally picked up food and delivered straight to me. And they forgot to bring the drinks.. tried callingnoone answers the phone.
