Wendy's was Allright until they gave me a burger that was uncooked and the manager act like he didn't even care
Very bad experience, lady on the head set was rude and short worded. No one greeted any of there customers. Food was incorrect.... No one had asked what our order was in the drive through they just took my wife?s card and didn?t say a single word. The ladywas yelling on the head set in other conversations in the store while Turning around yelling at us about the type of sandwich Iwanted for my 5$ biggy bag, I didn?t know right off because I didn?t know you can pick from 3 sandwiches, i know that onecustomer doesn?t make a difference but u truly wouldn?t be coming here again. Dover/Camden Wendy's right off the bypass was very clean really friendly staff and the food was fresh and fast. Will definitely... return to this location. The others definitely need better staff but my family n I were very pleased with this location. Read more
The Drive-Thru line is always terribly slow here and I mean terribly slow! At least 20 minutes waiting, whether it is wrapped... around or you are the only customer. And to make matters worse, when you get to the window, the service is terrible. You aregiven attitude when you ask for your cup to be wiped clean as they hand it to you with the Frosty all over it and leaking. Thenthey just force you napkins to clean it yourself. Typical Wendy's. Nothing out of the ordinary except there is a convenience store attached and it's in a gas station.
I have reviewed this place before, and it has been amazing....until I ordered delivery yesterday. So I placed an order for... delivery...an Asiago chicken combo and a Big Bacon Classic combo, and a medium frosty, pretty easy, right?? Wrong!!! The foodwas cold, didn't have the extra items on there that I asked for including the bacon on the burger when I tell you they arecold, they looked like they were made the day before and just sent in the bag. And don't forget the fries... they were cold,hard, and really inedible. And finally I ordered a frosty which the delivery driver had no clue about...when I took my orderin, the drinks were without ice and warm. I even asked the driver where my frosty was, and he was clueless. So I called therestaurant and complained about my order. I had taken pictures so they would understand how I felt, and I will place thembelow. The woman Debbie that I talked to blamed it on the delivery driver but there is no way that ordering 30 minutes beforehe arrived could have produced such sandwiches and food....and she said for this time only she would remake my order but I wouldhave to pick it up....that kind of defeats the purpose of delivery. Needless to say, I will be finding a new Wendy's becausethis one has lost my business for good. I felt like no one cared that I had spent a bunch of money in there, but no more. First time trying the breakfast menu. The food was luke warm at best. It tasted ok but honestly I have had better. In regards to... price I felt it was a bit high for what I received. 2 breakfast sandwiches, medium order of potatoes and a medium drink. Totaledalmost 14 bucks. Based on taste and quality I don't think I received that value. Hardees and Mcdonalds seem to be better optionsat this point. Read more
