My new favorite ice cream place in Dover. Dairy Queen is slow and subpar, Rita?s has too small portions, Tre Sorelle just sells... generic Hershey?s ice cream, and Cold Stone is overpriced. The Brain Freezer is the BEST in Dover, hands down. Good prices, goodportions, good open hours. Can?t recommend it enough! Read more
